Doha Bank has issued a $150 million Digitally Native Note (DNN) on Euroclear’s D-FMI distributed ledger platform, marking one of the first digital bonds listed on the London Stock Exchange’s International Securities Market. The floating rate note achieved same-day settlement.
Standard Chartered acted as sole global coordinator and sole arranger for the transaction, with South Korea’s Hana Securities as the sole investor. Citi served as issuing and paying agent.
The issuance brings Euroclear’s total volume on the D-FMI platform past the €1 billion milestone. Since launching in 2023 with a World Bank issuance, the platform has facilitated multiple transactions, with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank conducting the largest issuances to date.
