TradeLens blockchain adds Turkish ports

Turkish ports group YILPORT Holdings signed a deal with Maersk and integrated the TradeLens blockchain platform, which was jointly developed by Maersk and IBM.

Apart from Turkish ports, YILPORT owns ports in Malta, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Peru and Ecuador and plans to become a top ten global operator by 2025.

TradeLens members include shipping and logistics firms, ocean carriers, customs and other authorities and ports. But ports account for the largest number of members.
